Promoter

Mr. Karthik is a Graduate in Science, competent internal ISO auditor and ITIL Foundation certified professional, with an overall experience of 18 years with exposure in the ITES industry involving Operational roles in Customer Service, Service Delivery, Customer Relationship Management, Quality and Compliance. Worked in domains across IT Infrastructure, Retail and Telecommunications across NA, EU and APAC.

Worked with large teams working on multiple processes. Was accountable for delivery of business goals, Escalation handling & client communication, Driving compliance and continuous process improvement. Also, involved in creating training programs for resources at the entry level and middle levels.

Outside of work, Karthik does Organic farming besides being an Avid biker.
